Fit-check submissions are reviewed manually. A submission is not an instant diagnosis, acceptance, or request for private access.

This site is hosted on Cloudflare. BaronOps collects only the information needed to review fit, communicate about services, deliver diagnostic materials, and operate the newsletter links you choose to use.
Fit-check data boundary
At the fit-check stage, sanitized examples are enough. Do not submit private logins, full financial records, legal documents, HR details, sensitive customer data, regulated materials, or broad account access.
Forms and records
Fit-check forms may use this site or a configured intake system. If the /api/intake webhook path is used, submissions may be forwarded to the configured review destination.
Payments and delivery
Payment may happen through Stripe payment links. Diagnostic documents may be created and delivered through Google Docs or Google Drive. Calls may happen through Google Meet or Zoom.
Newsletter
Newsletter links may go to Substack. Substack handles subscriptions, email delivery, and related preferences under its own terms and policies.
